Our Nigerian operations take hardwood from selected logs to finished, strapped and marked products, made to your specification.
Process
From log to dispatch

Sourcing and material selection
Timber is selected for species, size and condition against the order.

Specification review
Your drawings, cutting lists and tolerances are reviewed before quotation.

Cutting and conversion
Logs are converted to sections on our sawmill and rail-guided mills.

Manufacturing and machining
Sizing, planing, drilling, profiling and shaping as the order requires.

Finishing and assembly
Joining, bolting and assembly where specified, for example mats.

Dimensional and quality checks
Pieces are checked against the agreed dimensions before packing.

Packing and loading
Steel-strapped, marked packs loaded to trailer or container.
08
Inspection and dispatch
Pre-shipment inspection arranged where agreed, then dispatch to port.
