What we commit to

How we commit, in writing, on every order:
  • —We will confirm origin, quantity, preparation and loading arrangements in writing for each order.
  • —We will agree the Incoterm and delivery programme before commitment, not after.
  • —We will issue the pack list, measurement list and shipping documentation with each shipment.
  • —Specifications, availability and commercial terms are confirmed against individual buyer requirements.
